Joplin Area Chamber lists Board of Directors nominees
The following individuals have been approved by the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce (JACC) Board of Directors to stand for election for a new three-year term on the Board, which will run from April 2024 to March 2027:
* Christina Williams, Corner-Greer Architects
* Lena McQuary, Downstream Casino Resort
* Lindsay Kubicek, FORVIS
* Stephanie Brady, Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri
The following individuals have been approved by the JACC Board of Directors to stand for election for a second three-year term on the Board, which will run from April 2024 to March 2027:
* Chad Evans, Arvest
* Jeremy Drinkwitz, Mercy
Additional candidates
Additional candidates may be nominated to the slate by petitions bearing the genuine signatures of at least twenty (20) primary representatives of Chamber member organizations. Each primary representative can only sign one such petition. Petitions must be filed with the JACC Nominating committee by 4:00 pm, Friday, March 22, 2024, at the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce, 320 East 4th, Joplin, Missouri, 64801. The Nominating Committee shall determine the eligibility of the candidates; its decision shall be final.
If no petitions nominating additional candidates are filed, the above slate shall be declared elected by the Board of Directors. If additional eligible candidates are nominated, ballots will be emailed (or by other electronic means) to the primary representatives of each member firm. Each member organization has one vote.
